Objectives

The fundamental objective of the Center is the promotion of economic research on Mediterranean countries. To this end, we have established the following intermediate aims:

To promote collaboration among Mediterranean economic-research centers.

To this effect, the Center favors theoretical and empirical research conducive to stimulating constructive dialogue and joint work among researchers of Mediterranean centers and universities.

To encourage activities that bring together researchers, policy makers, entrepreneurs and business managers as a way to promote an innovative research agenda for the future.
